## What is PharmFlow?

Pharmacy management software for Canadian community pharmacies: prescriptions, pickup queue, inventory, check-in. It assists your team, never replaces clinical judgment.

## How do patients check in for a prescription pickup?

By QR code at the counter, or by text to the pharmacy. Staff see them in the pickup queue.

## What does the pharmacy check-in kiosk do?

## Does PharmFlow submit live insurance claims?

No. Insurance claims adjudication is not shipped. The Insurance Billing Quick Reference is a lookup guide, not a claim submission.

## Does PharmFlow replace a pharmacist?

No. It is a workflow tool. It does not dispense medication, make clinical decisions, or replace a pharmacist's judgment.

## Is anything I type in the kiosk demo sent anywhere?

No. The demo on the kiosk page runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

## What free tools can I use without an account?

A SIG Code Decoder, a BC PHN Validator, and an Insurance ID Checker for 36 Canadian carriers. Each runs in your browser. No account, no upload.

## How does SMS consent work?

Consent is recorded on the kiosk before any number is stored, as PIPA requires. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out.

## Does PharmFlow sell personal information?

No. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

## Who controls patient records in PharmFlow?

The pharmacy. PharmFlow acts as its service provider. Patients should direct requests about their records to the pharmacy.

## Does PharmFlow use pharmacy data to train AI models?

No. We do not use Pharmacy Data to train AI models.

## What does the Insurance Billing Quick Reference cover?

Provider contacts, BIN numbers, carrier IDs, and setup notes for 36 Canadian carriers. It is a lookup guide. It does not send claims.

## Does prescription scanning replace a pharmacist's review?

No. Automated output may be incomplete. You must review it. It never replaces a pharmacist's review.
