PharmFlow is priced per pharmacy location, billed monthly or annually in Canadian dollars, with no free trial.

Guided onboarding — data migration and staff training — is a one-time CA$399 add-on at checkout.

## Who pays for PharmFlow?

The pharmacy owner or the chain head office. A subscription belongs to the pharmacy, not to a staff member — staff seats are unlimited on every plan.

## What counts as a location?

One pharmacy address dispensing to patients. A chain pays per location, so a five-store group on Professional pays for five subscriptions. The kiosk and staff seats are included at each location.

## Is there a free trial?

No. PharmFlow is paid up front — onboarding includes a plan picker and secure checkout before the app opens. You can see the full workflow first in the guided demo.

## Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing costs ten times the monthly price — two months free — and renews once a year. You can switch between monthly and annual at renewal.

## Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the customer portal and the subscription stays active to the end of the paid period, then stops — no further charges.
