- No insurance claims adjudication. Billing stays in your current system.
- No compliance packaging, and no fax send or receive.
- No live PharmaNet connection yet. The integration is in onboarding. The British Columbia page states the exact status.

Does PharmFlow replace my dispensary system?
It covers intake, safety checks, and the pickup queue. Many teams keep dispensing and billing in their current system and run the counter workflow in PharmFlow.
Who works the pickup queue?
Staff at that store. A patient who checked in shows on one list, and the counter works from that list.
Do my patients need to install an app?
No. Check-in runs on a QR code at the counter or a plain text message to the pharmacy number.
